At Curator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
